When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal revision case and also made an endorsement to that effect.

Permission for withdrawal is accorded.

Accordingly, this criminal revision case is dismissed as withdraw. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, shall stand closed.
