This petition is filed, by the petitioner, seeking for quash of the proceedings against him in Crime No.76 of 2013of Kosgi Police Station, Mahabubnagar District. The offence alleged is under Section 354 IPC.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the police have referred the case false on 25.02.2014 as per the proceedings of SDPO, Narayanpet.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
