ORDER

Challenging the inaction of respondents Nos.2 to 4 in registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 9.12.2016 against respondent Nos.5 and 6, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that as per the records, the 4th respondent did not receive any complaint from the petitioner dated 9.12.2016. He further submits that civil dispute is pending between the petitioner and the 5th respondent in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.1.48 in Sy.Nos.107/13 & 113/3, situated at Sangivalasa Village of Bheemunipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District and whenever the petitioner approaches the 4th respondent along with the complaint, necessary action will be taken, as per law. In view of the said submissions, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the 4th respondent, if he is so advised. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
