This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused under Section 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.189 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Dwaraka Police Station, Visakhapatnam district registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 r/w 34 of IPC and Sectin 10 r/w 24 (b) of Emigration Act, 1985.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
