HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14849 of 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent in not considering the petitioner's representation dt.19.05.2019 for appointing him as Mutawalli of Wakf Institution known as Mosque Qutub Shahi in Sy.No.89 with Dargah Shah Amanullah Saheb along with Graveyard and also the Wakf properties attached to it.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.A.Mujeeb, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

Since it is stated that the representation of the petitioner is pending before the sole respondent, the respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dt.19.05.2019, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
