This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 397 read with 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 17.09.2012 passed in S.R.No.108 of 2012 in C.C.No.5 of 2007 on the file of the Court of the III Additional Special Judge for C.B.I. cases at Hyderabad. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing this criminal revision case has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
