HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.37 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioners vis-à-vis learned Special Standing Counsel for ACB, State of A.P. and the State of Telangana as per the array respectively and perused the material on record.

The cases pending in various special Courts in the State of A.P. are all transferred to the Court of Special Judge for Trial of SPE & ACB Cases, Vijayawada and the cases which are pending in Hyderabad in the State of Telangana are retained to be tried there simultaneously.

Accordingly and in the result, the transfer criminal petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
