This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 in not considering the representation dt.08.06.2019 and 06.07.2019 and interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession of the land admeasuring Ac.140.00 guntas, part of Survey No.80 of Hafeezpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, at the behest of 3rd respondent.

After arguing for some time the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition stating the entire facts.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition stating the entire facts. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
