When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly conceded that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of the Apex Court in A.P.S.R.T.C. and another Vs. S. Narsagoud1 and in view of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the said case, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted.
