Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions issued by the Tahasildar wherein it is stated by the Tahasildar that they never tried to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land; that now also there is no eviction process as per the petitioners plea; that the present writ petition is filed only on mere apprehension and that the grant of house site pattas and eviction shall be considered in due process and eligibility.

Recording the aforesaid instructions produced by the learned counsel, the writ petition is closed. However, this will not preclude the competent authority from taking action by following due process of law. No order as to costs.
