ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A5 seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.06 of 2018 on the file of Arvapalli Police Station, Suryapet District, against them.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that a final report has been filed referring the case as 'civil in nature' and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand dismissed.
