2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on filing of Charge Sheet, the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, has taken cognizance of the case in C.C.No.643 of 2015 and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
