Smt. V.S. Sumitra Varalakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated a letter dated 29.04.2015 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty so sought. No costs.

Consequently, the interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand dissolved.
