The petitioners made representation for grant of pattadar passbooks on 0108-2015 followed by statutory application under Form 6-A under the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act on 07-12-2015. Alleging inaction, the present writ petition is filed.

It is evident from the dates, referred to above, that the statutory application of the petitioners is made only on 07-12-2015. Hence, no inaction as pleaded by the petitioners is made out. However, since the petitioners application made under Form 6-A on 07-12-2015 is stated to be pending, the 4th respondent shall examine the same and pass appropriate orders expeditiously.
