THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3964 OF 2017 ORDER:

After making elaborate submissions and only after the learned counsel for the respondents pointed out that earlier petitioners filed C.R.P.No.940 of 2017 and the same was disposed of by order dated 28.02.2017, Sri M. Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

This Court is inclined to accept the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition, subject to payment of costs.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, subject to the petitioners paying costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks from today. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
