HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.12585 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.G.Tuhin Kumar for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. The petitioner aggrieved by the rejection endorsement dated 20.11.2017 filed appeal under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908 before 2nd respondent and the same is registered as Appeal No.56 of 2017.

One of the grounds with vehemence at his command Mr.Tuhin Kumar argues is that the 3rd respondent passed a laconic order much less by not giving reasons as is required by law. He prays for expeditious c onsideration and disposal of appeal.

The 2nd respondent is directed to hear and dispose of the appeal, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from today.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
