The case of the 1st petitioner was that she was issued show cause notice dated 19-11-2016 stating that why her fair price shop authorization should not be cancelled. The other petitioners were also issued similar show-cause notices. The petitioners filed explanations on 28-11-2016. But no orders are passed as on today. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to pass orders after giving opportunity to the petitioners within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
