Challenging the inaction of the 3rd respondent in registering the complaint dated 16.02.2017 given by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on oral instructions, submits that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was registered as a case in Cr.No.54 of 2017 by the Station House Officer, I Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam, and investigation is in progress. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
