07.03.2022 LK,J I.A.No. 1 of 2022 This Application is filed seeking relaxation of condition No. (iii) imposed vide order dated 12.08.2021 while granting bail to the petitioner that he shall deposit an amount of Rs.4,70,000/- before the Court concerned within a period of six months from today in equal monthly installments, failing which liberty granted to him shall stand cancelled automatically.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unconnected with any of the offences and such condition of depositing the amount is onerous and he is not able to fulfill the said condition. Hence, the learned counsel submits that the same may be relaxed. Taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, condition No. (iii) is relaxed.

The Application is ordered accordingly.
