CVNR,J C.R.P.No.2346 of 2018 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed with the grievance that the Chairman of the Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal-cumI Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam has not been disposing of the interlocutory application in the appeal viz., L.R.A.No.1 of 2017 filed before him against order, dated 05.01.2017, in L.C.C.No.1528/75/YLM, of respondent No.3.

In the light of the innocuous grievance of the petitioner, the Chairman of the Land Reforms Appellate Tribunal-cumI Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam is directed to dispose of the aforementioned I.A. in L.R.A.No.1 of 2017 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such disposal, respondent No.3 is directed not to take coercive steps for enforcement of order, dated 05.01.2017, in L.C.C.No.1528/75/YLM, of respondent No.3.

Subject to the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
