Learned counsel for the petitioner represented that inadvertently, the O.S. number is mentioned as 'O.S. No. 17 of 2021' instead of 'O.S. No. 17 of 2022' and that the same needs to be rectified.

Having perused the record and since there is an error mentioning the O.S. number, the relief sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the I.A. is ordered by correcting the O.S. number as 'O.S. No. 17 of 2022' in place of 'O.S. No. 17 of 2021'.

The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments.
