HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 1780 of 2005 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ appeal is directed against the order, dated 29.08.2005 passed in W.P.No.18678 of 2005. In the writ petition, the appellantpetitioner challenged the order of respondent No.2 impounding the appellant's passport. The writ petition was disposed of directing the appellant to avail statutory remedy available under law. It is not clear whether such statutory remedy has been availed by the appellant. This appeal was filed in 2005 and on 26.09.2005 notice was issued to the respondents. Thereafter, the appeal did not appear before Court nor the appellant made any efforts to take it before Court. This conduct of the appellant shows that he has lost interest in prosecuting this appeal further. Hence, we are constrained to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution. Order accordingly. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
