HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.12974 OF 2017 ORDER:

The allegation of the petitioner is that, while the construction made by him is at the nascent stage, certain officials of the respondent - authorities are visiting and threatening to demolish without any written order or notice to him.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3, submits that, without issuing any written notice or orders, respondent - authorities shall not interfere with the construction being made by the petitioner.

Recording the submission of the learned standing counsel that the respondent - authorities would not interfere with the construction of the petitioner without issuing any notice, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
