This petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused No.1 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.133 of 2015 of Mandamarri Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120-B, 420, 468 and 471 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner along with other accused, cheated the employed persons by collecting amounts from them on the promise of providing government jobs viz., attenders, contractor computer operators and created false documents with criminal conspiracy.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
