THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.2446 of 2018 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 21.03.2018 passed in E.A.No.139 of 2016 in E.P.No.148 of 2012 in O.S.No.179 of 2012 on the file of Senior Civil Judge Court, Proddatur. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. In that regard, he also filed a letter before the Registry.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
