UMA DEVI WRIT PETITION No. 25262 of 2016 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) The petitioner came up with the above writ petition, challenging the refusal of the respondent to permit him to appear for the written examination for selection to the post of Junior Assistant. 2.

An interim order was passed, at the time of ordering notice in the writ petition, directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to appear for the written examination. Accordingly, the petitioner appeared. But, it appears that he did not get through in the written examination. A counter has been filed to the said effect. Therefore, no further orders could be passed in the writ petition. Hence, it is dismissed.
