THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.20993 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the letter dated 12.11.2015 addressed by the Special Deputy Collector, Land Pooling Scheme, Rayapudi-2, Unit-15 to the learned Standing Counsel of AP CRD, Hyderabad. As there is no any administrative or judicial order made, where affecting the rights of the petitioners, the challenge to the said letter is misconceived and further no writ petition is maintainable challenging the internal communication between the client and the counsel.

In those circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
