THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.27070 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the second respondent in not considering petitioner's objections dated 29.07.2017 in pursuance to notice dated 09.07.2017 in RCB/381/2017 of the 2nd respondent with regard to mutation of name of respondents 5 and 6 in respect of lands in survey No.117/A admeasuring Ac.0.13 gts. 118/A1 admeasuring Acs.2.18 guntas, survey No.117/B admeasuring Acs.2-15 guntas, survey No.125 admeasuring Ac.1.00 guntas and survey No.117/A admeasuring Acs.4-39 guntas total admeasuring Acs.11.05 guntas situated at Edunuthula Village, Kodakandla Mandal, Jangaon District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 and 2. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself. Since this Court is not going into the merits of the case, there is no necessity to issue notice to respondents 3 to 6. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer, seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the objections raised by the petitioner vide letter dated 29.07.2017. Learned AGP submits that the second respondent may be directed to consider the objections raised by the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the rival submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent-Tahasildar to consider and deal with the objections raised by the petitioner on 29.07.2017, with regard to mutation of names of respondents 5 and 6 in revenue records and pass necessary orders thereon, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
