ORDER

Challenging the action of the respondents in not continuing the petitioner as Booking Conductor in Reservation Counter at Pandit Nehur Bus Station, Vijayawada, the present writ petition is filed. The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to continue him as Booking Conductor in the Reservation Counter. The services of the petitioner have to be utilized wherever the respondents feel it necessary. There cannot be any direction to continue the petitioner eternally at a particular place. Apart from that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation. Hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
