It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that in view of disposal of main suit itself, the cause of action in the present Civil Revision Petition does not survive and it has become infructuous. However, if the suit is not disposed of, it is open to the petitioners to move this Court.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
