Judgment:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of the judgment and decree, dated 22-03-2012, in OS.No.123 of 2010, on the file of the Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge at Sircilla, Karimnagar District.

Mr.VV.Ramana Rao, learned Counsel for the appellants, has addressed letter, dated 23-04-2015, to the Registry wherein he has informed that the appellants want to withdraw the appeal in view of the settlement of the dispute. Today, at the hearing, the learned Counsel has reiterated the same and sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Appeal.

The request of the learned Counsel for the appellants is accepted and the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
