It is the case of the petitioner that he made representation dated 09.08.2017 for consideration of his case for enhancement of age of superannuation from 58 to 60 years, basing on G.O.Ms.No.102 Finance and Planning (HR.IV-FR) Department, dated 08.08.2017 issued by the 1st respondent. As no orders are passed on the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri S.Dushyanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 4 and 5 and learned Government Pleader for Cooperation.
Since the representation of the petitioner is stated to be pending before the respondents, it is for the 3rd and 4th respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
