THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This writ petition is filed alleging that the Registering Authority is not entertaining, registering and releasing the gift settlement deed dated 03.04.2017 in respect of land to an extent of Acres 0.121⁄2 guntas in Survey No.115. However, there is no material placed on record to show that said document was presented, but the registering authority refused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, orally, submits that the respondents are not receiving on the ground that the land is included in the list of prohibited properties. However, the counsel for the petitioner submits that no list is furnished to the petitioner. On the question made by the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that no application is made for furnishing list of prohibited properties, as directed by the full bench of this Court in Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary v. State of Andhra Pradesh1. A person can apply to furnish the list of properties included in the prohibited list and on filing such application, the competent authority has to furnish the list.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioner to make an application to furnish list of prohibited properties to the competent authority, this writ petition is disposed of.
