This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in seeking to lay a bund over the petitioner's lands admeasuring Acs.9.781⁄2 cents and Acs.3.29 cents in Survey No.36 of Ulavarapalli Village, Podalakuru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, as illegal and arbitrary. On the petitioner's own showing, her vendor has filed OS.No.28 of 2015 for permanent injunction on the file of the Court of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Gudur, against certain third parties and the same is pending.

In the light of the above fact, the petitioners, having stepped into the shoes of the original plaintiff by purchasing the property in dispute, can get themselves impleaded as plaintiffs in the said suit and seek appropriate reliefs both against third parties as well as respondent No.2- Gram Panchayat by impleading it as a respondent therein.

In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits of the case and with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy in terms of the above observation.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.54957 of 2015, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 30th December, 2015 lur
