THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.14885 OF 2019

O R D E R

Petitioners, who are two in number, claim to be Dean of Academics, and Administrator of Pinegrove Junior College, situated near TSPA, Snehita Hills, Peerancheru, Hyderabad. Their grievance is that the respondent - police, without any authority of law, are summoning them to police station and interfering with their life and liberty.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Assistant Commissioner of Police, Madhapur Division, Cyberabad dated 24.07.2019, wherein while denying the allegations of the petitioners, it is stated that there is civil dispute between the petitioners and other educational institution, and the petitioners are unnecessarily seeking to involve the police into the civil litigation.

Recording the statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of directing the police not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioners, except in accordance with law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
