Learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the petitioner was paid enhanced consolidated pay as per the interim orders of this Court dated 02.03.2007. However, thereafter on 12.03.2013 petitioner submitted resignation and the same was accepted with effect from 16.11.2012 as per the request of the petitioner. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
