THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11790 of 2011 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners in this case was as to the alleged interference by the Police Authorities with their life and liberty though no case was lodged or registered against them. Smt.G.Lakshmi, learned counsel, however states that a complaint was registered under Section 498-A I.P.C. against the petitioners and thereupon a charge sheet was laid in C.C.No.241 of 2012 on the file of the learned XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, which was thereafter stayed by this Court in Crl.P.No.2629 of 2013.

In the light of the aforestated developments, Smt.G.Lakshmi, learned counsel, states that no orders need to be passed in this writ petition.

The writ petition is therefore closed.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
