Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N. Vasudev Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that he has filed appeal on 0104-2017 before 2nd respondent challenging the order dt.23-01-2015 of 3rd respondent imposing punishment on him and that 2nd respondent has not passed orders thereon.

Sri N.Vasudev Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, states that 2nd respondent will consider and dispose of the appeal within six weeks from today and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal within six weeks from today and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
