THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR W RI T PETI TI ON No. 3 6 8 0 2 of 2 0 1 6 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

3.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in seeking to take possession of the property assigned to the petitioner in 1995 without any enquiry much less putting her on notice of show cause for any contravention of violating the conditions of patta or for any cause of ineligibility, informing her of the source of power to resort and indulge in such act as illegal and arbitrary'.

4.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities not to dispossess the petitioner without following due process of law.

5.

The petitioner claims herself to be in possession of the property in dispute. If that is so, the respondent authorities shall not dispossess the petitioner, without following due process of law. 6.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 7.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ JUSTI CE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR 28.10.2016, Note:
