Mr.Giri Krishna, learned counsel for Appellants, submits that the appellants intend to withdraw the appeal, as the matter was settled out of Court, pursuant to which the parties have reduced the same into agreement of compromise; and to that effect he filed a letter dated 25.04.2017, and requests the Court to withdraw the appeal.
