THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.12772 of 2008 ORDER:
This Writ Petition, under Article of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:- "...the petitioner herein prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ Order or direction one more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.4and in not conducting investigation on Crime/FIR No.70 of 2018 dated 24.03.2018 on the file of the 5th respondent registered under Sections 324, 323, 506 and 143 r/w 149 of Indian Penal Code against the respondent 6 and 7, as illegal, irregular and amounts to non discharge of legal obligation conferred under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973........ ...."

The only grievance of the writ petitioner is with regard to completion of investigation in Crime/F.I.R.No.70 of 2018 registered on 24.03.2018 by the Station House Officer, Addanki Police Station, Addanki, fifth respondent, and nonfiling of final report by following the procedure established by law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, if a direction is given to complete the investigation and file a final report as per law and procedure, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) submits that the crime is recently registered and the investigation is in progress.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the fifth respondent to complete the
investigation into the afore-stated crime, as expeditiously as possible, and file a final report by strictly adhering to the procedure established by law. There shall be no order as to costs.
6.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
