HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 14136 OF 2005 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to provide duties to the petitioner and to pay the salary as usual forthwith and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 12-7-2005 directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to sign in the register under the 3rd respondent. However, it is made clear that if the petitioner did not attend duty, it is always open to the 3rd respondent or any other appropriate authority to take appropriate action. As long as the petitioner has attended to duty, he is entitled for salaries, by virtue of said interim orders. The cause in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, writ petition is closed.
