This writ petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent Regional Joint Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad to forthwith act upon the proposals of the Management forwarded to him by the 4th respondent the District Educational Officer in reference No.3238/A3/2001 dated 09.3.2001.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners represent that the cause in this writ petition does not survive.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
