Counsel for petitioner submits that in pursuance to the interlocutory orders dated 07.11.2014, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide orders dated 26.11.2014. In view of the rejection orders, counsel for petitioner submits that liberty be given to the petitioner to challenge the impugned rejection order. This writ petition is filed aggrieved of the action of respondents in not disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2014 made against the provisional seniority list. The said relief was already granted by this Court by way of interlocutory orders and the respondents have considered the representation of petitioner and orders were passed rejecting the case of the petitioner. In view of the above, this Court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive. The writ petition is accordingly closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the rejection orders dated 26.11.2014. No order as to costs.
