Learned counsel for the petitioners stated that this Court passed interim order, dated 07.08.2002, in W.P.M.P.No.17991 of 2002 wherein the respondent was directed to permit the petitioners to attend for interview to the post of Safai Karmachari-cum-Sepoy (Class IV Category) along with the candidates sponsored by the Employment Exchange, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

2. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
