THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No. 10995 of 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 5 under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to quash the proceedings in Crime No.500 of 2010 of P.S. Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 506 of I.P.C.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
