There is no representation for the petitioners. 2.

The prayer sought in this Writ Petition is as under: "........to direct the respondent No.1 to cause enquiry with regard to the interference of the respondent Nos.6 and 7 in calling the petitioners regularly to the police station and pressurizing them to settle the issue with the respondent No.8 as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondent Nos.6 and 7 not to call the petitioners to the police station and not to pressurize them to settle the issue with the respondent No.8."

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 7 placed on record the written instructions dt.04-02-2014 issued by the Sub Inspector of Police, Panjagutta police station, Hyderabad.

A perusal of the said instructions would reveal that the petitioners filed a private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C. on the file of the Court of XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad against the respondent No.8 and four others. Pursuant to the said complaint, the learned Magistrate has forwarded the said complaint to the S.H.O., Panjagutta police station for investigation under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. On receipt of the private complaint from the concerned Court, a case in Crime No.104 of 2014 for the

PKR,J W.P.No.848 of 2014 offences under Sections 420, 354, 506, 503 read with Section 34 IPC was registered on the file of Panjagutta police station on 01-02-2014 and investigation was taken up. It is also further mentioned in the instructions that since the scene of offence is located at Flat No.301, Jaya Classic, SBH Colony, Satya Sai Nigamagam, Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad, which falls in the limits of Banjara Hills police station, Hyderabad, a letter was addressed to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, West Zone, Hyderabad City through the Assistant Commissioner of Panjagutta Division requesting him to transfer the CD file to the SHO, Banjara Hills Police station for further investigation of the case. It is specifically mentioned that the respondent No.6 never summoned the petitioners to the police station nor pressurized them to settle the matter with the respondent No.8. 5.

A copy of the letter dt.03-02-2014 addressed to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, West Zone, Hydeabad City is enclosed to the written instructions.

In view of the said facts, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
