THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.12594 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the writ petitioner, complaining against the Police Officer for not completing the investigation into the case in Crime No.419 of 2015, on the file of the Station House Officer, Banjara Hills Police Station, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad/3rd respondent herein, and filing a final report, by following the procedure established by law. 2.

I have heard the submissions of Sri T.D.Phani Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. I have perused the material record.

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 16.04.2018, a copy of which is placed on record, would submit that investigation into the afore-stated crime is completed and a final report is filed before the Court of the learned Special Executive Magistrate, Hyderabad, on 16.04.2018. He placed on record a copy of the final report.

In that view of the matter, no further cause survives for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
