THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.12582 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that, for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner herein submitted a representation on 27.03.2018 to the District Collector, West Godavari District at Elurusecond respondent herein but no action has been taken till date.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.), this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the second respondent herein to verify the representation, dated 27.03.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
