THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.2572 OF 2009 O R D E R :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that if some time is granted, he would approach the Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESI) Court. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the ESI Court within a reasonable period, preferably within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the respondents shall not insist for enforcement of impugned order dated 03.12.2008.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
